Good Hair = Sign of good health

I was recently ask to talk about healthy hair 

1️⃣ Avoid toxic products-
a. Dyes, bleaching, shampoos and conditioners that use plastic or silicon it stops your scalp from breathing, clogs your follicles and eventually kills your hair
b. So I use natural solid shampoos with zero nasties and only natural stuff you could almost eat it!, they are plenty on the market (in Portugal, @miristica.biocosmetica@Mindthetrash@unii_organic and so on)
2️⃣ Do not over wash it!
a. Yes I know it is a though one for many, and a process to get to the point where you can wash your hair once a week or twice a week and still have great hair… the trick lies in the above
b. Some waters are aggressive and can damage your hair. Using a showerhead filter can make a massive difference.
3️⃣ Eat real food loaded with collagen.!
a. Your hair is made out of collagen/Keratin, which is? Protein
b. B vitamins and more specifically Biotin are essential for hair and especially avoid hair loss, and colour loss
c. Load up with ant-oxidants
